Complete CRM for a roofing contractor: the full chain leads → customer → quote → project, change-order (ÄTA) management with public e-signing pages, time reports, service visits and project finances, all synced to Fortnox so the numbers match the books.

Customer portal for the roofing wholesaler Taklagret: self-inspections with print support, invoices, orders, quotes and warranty certificates, plus an admin side for templates and access requests.

Takkalkyl

“Sweden’s first complete roof calculation” for Taklagret: calculation → roof surfaces → quote, with rule admin, subcontractors and supplier pricing. Ported from a legacy PHP system to a modern TypeScript stack while the business kept quoting.

The Method

Fast doesn’t mean sloppy. It means the right tools, hard constraints and no do-overs.

Build against reality

Every system integrates with what the company already runs: Fortnox, Stripe, existing registers. A business system that doesn’t talk to the books is a toy.

Legacy is not a dead end

Takkalkyl was ported from a legacy PHP system to a modern TypeScript stack without stopping the business that depended on it. Rewrites ship in slices, not big bangs.

One stack, deep knowledge

React, TypeScript, Vite/TanStack, Tailwind and Supabase in every project. Repetition on the same stack is why system seven ships faster than system one.

Multi-tenant from day one

Row-level security and tenant isolation are built in from the start, not bolted on afterwards. One codebase can carry several companies without data ever leaking between them.
